Order Tracking

Via Email 

Order tracking information is sent to every customer via e-mail at around 4pm PST the day you placed your order. Once you have your tracking number, please click on the carrier button below that is delivering your package and enter your tracking number directly on their site.

How to identify your shipping carrier:

Tracking numbers starting with 1Z– click on UPS

Tracking numbers beginning with SJ – click on GSO

All other tracking numbers – click on FedEx

If you have not received your shipping confirmation e-mail, please check your Spam folder. 

 

                

Via your account on Givens & Company

All your order information is available for you in your Givens & Co. account on the web-site.

Step 1. Sign into your account, click on My Account in the top right corner to view your account details.

Step 2. On the left menu, click on My OrdersHere you will see your complete order history.  

Step 3. Once you have located your order, click on it and click Track your order.

This link will take you to your tracking information on the Shipping carrier’s website.

 

Tracking information is updated on the website at around 4pm PST M-F so if your tracking information does not show up, please check back later. Please remember, all orders made after 12pm, will not be shipped or have tracking information until the next day at 4pm PST.
